Commercial housing and lodging in corner dwg
The present project consists of a project carried out for a merchant who had a batch in quadrangular corner with angles that were not 90 °; which made the layout difficult. the program consisted of designing a commercial space in a first floor and rooms of lodging in a second floor; which is accessed directly from the street through a direct linear staircase. the facade presents a treatment of minimalist style. regarding height; the first floor being trade has a height of 3 meters and the second floor a height of 2.50 meters.
