The following is a multipurpose project, which is located on the beach huanchaco, northern peruvian coast. the design consists of various spaces among which are; management, accommodation, restaurant, gym, auditorium, recreation zone. the project focuses on getting the maximum benefit to the tourist potential of the place so it integrate the local culture in the project. plans are presented; cortes; elevations.
