Project for hotel complex developed according to the rugged topography of the land. the hotel is made up of six sectors: sector 1: main volume of arrival at the hotel; composed of the entrance lobby; main restaurant; main kitchen; services; general administration; amphitheater and convention center. sector 2: room buildings in the northern area of the entrance lobby; composed of 163 units in blocks of 3 levels complementing with green areas and free circulation. sector 3: room buildings in the southern area of the entrance lobby; composed of 137 units in blocks of 3 levels complementing with green areas and free circulation. sector 4: general service area that includes warehouse areas; laundry; staff accommodation; wastewater treatment plants; electromechanical equipment; changing rooms and staff services. sector 5: general recreational areas; composed by pool; pub; restaurant 2; restaurant 3; the malecon and the beach. sector 6: beach lodge composed of independent bungalows; restaurant 4; spa; pool and free areas. plants; cuts; elevations and details.
