This project is located on a rectangular area located in the city of san salvador de jujuy, jujuy province, argentina. at a size of 20 x 40 m. its orientation is the most suitable being northeast. and the setting is urban residential neighborhood accompanied by a dry temperate climate. we are also required minimum infrastructure (electricity, water, sewer, etc..). the design assumptions were based on the requirements and needs of mr. sabarza; previous plate them in the design process. in proposing an indispensably proposed natural lighting in the largest local transit, that green spaces are as large as possible and the destruction of the orthogonality of the design.
