The project has 2 levels the total area is 90m2. in the first level has 2 zones a social and private. first level social zone: room; dinning room; kitchen; ss.hh and a pool. private area: 2 bedrooms. second level: it has 3 bedrooms; an ss.hh. and a social terrace.
